01 · Return Eligibility

Is your item
eligible?

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions. Items that do not meet these criteria may be returned to you at your cost.

Within 14 days — Return request raised within 14 days of the delivery date.
Unworn & unwashed — Item has not been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
Original tags attached — All brand tags, price tags, and labels are intact and attached.
Original packaging — Returned in the original Shenova packaging or a clean equivalent.
Not a final-sale item — Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events are not eligible.
Not innerwear or accessories — For hygiene reasons, innerwear, swimwear, and earrings cannot be returned.

Our return process is simple and designed to be as effortless as possible for you. Follow the steps below to get started.

Email shenova@shenovaofficial.com or WhatsApp +91 70417 02391 with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for return.
Within 14 days of delivery

We confirm & schedule pickup
Our team will confirm your request within 24 hours and schedule a free pickup at your convenience — no need to visit any courier partner.
Within 24–48 hours

Pack the item securely
Place the item(s) in the original packaging with all tags attached. Include a note with your order number inside the package.
Before pickup date

Refund or exchange processed
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be initiated within 1–2 business days.

03 · Exchanges

Need a different
size or colour?

We are happy to exchange your item for a different size or colour, subject to availability. If the desired variant is not in stock, we will offer you store credit or a full refund.

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery, and the original item must meet all return eligibility criteria above.

Size Exchange
Swap for a different size free of charge. Subject to availability. Processed within 5–7 days after pickup.
Colour Exchange
Prefer another colour? We'll swap it if stock is available. Otherwise, a full refund will be issued.
04 · Refunds

Getting your
money back.

Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

Please note that your bank may take an additional 2–5 business days to reflect the amount in your account, depending on your payment provider.

05 · Non-Returnable Items

cannot accept.

The following items are strictly non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or policy reasons. Please review these carefully before placing your order.

Innerwear & intimate apparel — Cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, regardless of condition.
Earrings & pierced jewellery — Cannot be returned once removed from sealed packaging.
Final Sale & clearance items — Items marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.
Worn, washed, or altered items — Any item showing signs of use, washing, or alteration will not be accepted.
Items returned after 14 days — Return window expires 14 days after the confirmed delivery date.
