01 · Order Processing

Processing
your order.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. Please ensure your email address and delivery address are entered correctly at checkout.

Peak season delays During sale periods and festive seasons (Diwali, New Year), processing may take up to 3 business days. We appreciate your patience.

03 · Order Tracking

Track your
package.

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your AWB (tracking number) and a direct link to track your shipment. You can also WhatsApp us at +91 70417 02391 with your order number for updates.

Tracking links typically activate within 12–24 hours of dispatch. If the link shows no movement for more than 48 hours, please contact us and we'll investigate immediately.

International
orders.

Currently, Shenova ships within India only. We are working on expanding international delivery and hope to launch soon.

If you are based outside India and would like to place an order, please reach out to us at shenova@shenovaofficial.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request on a case-by-case basis.

05 · Issues & Damages

Wrong or
damaged order?

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

We will arrange a free pickup and send you a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. We take full responsibility for errors on our end.
